John McKnight's Sufi Story
John McKnight is a brilliant story teller.. The Sufi People have been 'story tellers' since the dawn of time. This is John telling a famous Sufi Story - "You can only learn what you already know' - (the lesson up front). It is a lesson about how to build community - we need to talk to each other.

I had always heard about John McKnight and his gift of being a great story teller, but I did not have the opportunity to listen to him in person until a few years ago when he came to Otterbein College. I am grateful for the time I got to spend with him. This story and the short video of John shared by Jack are such wonderful, simple reminders of what we already know. Yes, we need to talk to each other and share our stories.
