Working with families to create resources to enhance choice and control for persons with a disability

I have moved recently from Gippsland Victoria, but now reside in Coffs Harbour NSW

What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?

Contact with like minded people and ideas to increse choice and control for older people on the Mid North Coast. I need to set up person centred training as part of my work and am looking for appropriate people to do it or assist with it.
I am the auther of "Supporting Self Direction Resource Kit: a guide and source of inspiration for families of people living with disability", amongst providing training.

What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?

Supporting the HACC workforce to plan and deliver services to that match and are controlled by the people they support.
