I am a Social Science researcher using storytelling to developing leadership as part of inclusion processes. Internationally, I represented New Zealand at the Global Leadership Summit, Gallup Leadership Institute and in the European Commission EASPD service providers for the disability sector advising on leadership development amongst disabled people.
What part of the world do you live in? Would you share a bit about your neighbourhood?
I live in New Zealand where the transition to Local Area Coordination is happening now:)
What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
I would like to further investigate the power of storytelling for opening possibilities both with disabled people and their families.
How did you hear about this community?
Jack and Lynda told me about it!!!
What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?
I'd love to share experiences in how people use stories to implement changes.
