In a session I attended at TSI09, someone referenced Connie with this tip she gives at the opening of a meeting, circle discussion, whatever...to help with open dialogue and group participation. It seemed too simple, until I used it as a "guideline" recently with a small group...and it brought different results and balanced participation!
