- I work with the Federated Human Service Cooperative. We are dedicated to working with individuals with disabilities, their families and friends, in forming their own self directed service organizations.
- What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
- To contribute: I can provide insights on how to organize self sustaining and self directed, strategic support organizations. To receive: I would like to hear continuing and broader perspectives on inclusion, new ideas and new ideas.

- What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?
- At each progressive innovation, we are not finished. First question: How can we nurture continuing innovation and success for inclusion and diversity? Second: How can we, as a group, help those that are threatened and resistant to embrace these innovations?
