Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the Inclusion Network online community.
I'm a recent grad from Waterloo University. I love being active outdoors especially hiking, biking, camping, canoeing & rock climbing. I have a physical disability that impacts the muscles in my face and hands and feel that inclusion is important.
What part of the world do you live in? Would you share a bit about your neighbourhood?
What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
I would like to contribute my time, skills and experience while learning from others
How did you hear about this community?
What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?
How can recreation be more inclusive? I originally studied Therapeutic Recreation but got frustrated with their over-emphasize on things like A.P.I.E. (Assessment, Planning, Implementing, & Evaluating) & their lack of support in other crucial areas that have a greater impact on recreation like (Accessible Transportation, Social Values, Availability to Cost-Effective Adaptive Programs & Equipment). Any ideas?
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for the full details.
