Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the Inclusion Network online community.
I am a New Zealand based Facilitator, Evaluator and Musician, self employed. For the last 10 years I have been sharing the PATH Planning tool in many difference ways with individuals, families, organisations and communities throughout NZ.
What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
I would like to contribute all that has been and is being learnt about the value of the PATH as a planning tool as an evaluation framework, as a way of thinking and being.
I would like to receive invitations to come and share with others so that our Facilitators can share their amazing stories and so that we can contribute to the wealth of information about what is known about person centered planning.
How did you hear about this community?
From Jack and the Inclusion website.
What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?
Who else is using the PATH with families and what are you learning?
The success that comes from sharing the PATH with families so that they can realise their dreams and visions and plan for positive and possible futures.
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( email@example.com ) for the full details.
