I seek to empower others to create meaningful and lasting change by providing training, facilitation and coaching in areas of leadership development and person centered practices. I work primarily with supervisors, managers and organizational leaders who are dedicating to changing their organizational culture and business practices to be more person centered.
What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
I am certified trainer of the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices and I would like to contribute training in person centered thinking, person centered leadership and person centered teams. I want to continue to learn from others who are applying person centered practices in schools, with older people, and in organizational settings.
