- I seek to empower others to create meaningful and lasting change by providing training, facilitation and coaching in areas of leadership development and person centered practices. I work primarily with supervisors, managers and organizational leaders who are dedicating to changing their organizational culture and business practices to be more person centered.
- What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?
- I am certified trainer of the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices and I would like to contribute training in person centered thinking, person centered leadership and person centered teams. I want to continue to learn from others who are applying person centered practices in schools, with older people, and in organizational settings.
