Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the Inclusion Network online community.: I work and plan with people with a disability, their families and support workers. I have a strong committment to using the tools in person centred planning and thinking and really try to work by the philosophy and learn more all the time. I am passionate about inclusion and people being supported to achieve amazing things. I love anaimals, writing and Salvador Dali.

What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?: I would like to share my experiences as someone new to this work and hear from people who have greater wisdom in using the tools and working by the pilosophy of person centredness. There has been a myriad of successes for us over two years, but it's also been a hard slog.

What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?: As I am helping to implemenet some of these ideas into the practices of the organisation I work for and looking at values, traditional processes and creating change in culture I will have lots of different questions all of the time.
