Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the Inclusion Network online community.: I live in the Yarra Valley outside of Melbourne, Australia, and my work role is supporting people with disability labels to live typical lives in their local communities. I would like to learn more from the wisdom of others doing the work of supporting inclusion.

What would you like to contribute to this community? What would you like to receive?: I would like to contribute my questions and I am keen to link people together who might be able to share with each other. I would like to receive advice, critique, questioning, prompting and hope from others on the network so I can learn more.

How did you hear about this community?: I have been reading articles by inclusion.com contributors for a long while, and found a link to this community while searching for Debra McLean's profile.

What are some of the questions you'd like to explore, or conversations you'd like to have with others in this community?: I would like to know how others steel their resolve to keep going when it seems like most of the rest of the people working for people with disabilities struggle with, and sometimes actively oppose and sabotage, opportunities to include people with disability labels in ordinary community life.
