can you hold a fork?

Can you hold a fork? Do you understand how to use a straw? Are you pretty sure about the amount of food that you can put into your mouth and still chew? Do you know why you need to chew? Silly questions, right... for most adults they are. For lunchtime at a day center these are all valid questions, and the assumed answer to all of them is usually no.
