Mindfulness Practice

I attended the workshop on using MAPS/PATH to build community last week. Glen was again there to bring a sacredness to the learning that only aboriginal practices can bring. We were again blessed to be able to begin each day with Alan Sloan and mindfulness practice. Alan brought such depth and focus to the week through Shambhala meditation practice. This is a secular practice that can be used to deepen any religious or nonreligious walk of life.
